San Diego, CA, May 4, 2019 – The San Diego Humane Society hosted a Walk for Animals in honor of their mission to create a more humane San Diego. The walk’s purpose was to fundraise on behalf of animals and help sustain critical initiatives like staying at zero euthanasia of healthy and treatable animals.

Jennell Mott, VP of Technical Solutions said “I’ve had dogs my whole life, and a lot of our team members have, too. We’re proud to support a cause that a lot of our employees are passionate about. If we can even help just one furry friend, then it’s a job well done. Plus, what a great team building experience to get all our employees and their dogs together for a fun day at the park.”

The Walk for Animals 2019 took place in Liberty Station at NTC Park and included a pancake breakfast, doggie training, and a Vendor Village with other local non-profits there to support the cause.
