New Team Member: Paulo Faria, Technical Support Specialist

New Team Member: Paulo Faria, Technical Support Specialist 300 296 Managed Solution
Paulo FariaPaulo Faria joined the Managed Solution team as a technical account specialist on May 11, 2015. With over three years of information technology experience, including help desk support services for two Managed Service Providers, we are happy to have Paulo join our in-house help desk and provide amazing customer support.
Paulo is originally from Brazil and has traveled all over the world. He speaks Portuguese and some Spanish and has great stories involving his journeys through South America, Africa and Europe. It was hard for him to choose a favorite place, but being he’s spent a lot of time in Vienna, Austria and Germany, they were two of his top choices. He’s lived in Germany for a few years and spent time visiting friends in Vienna. Paulo moved to San Diego from Massachusetts two years ago and loves his new home, especially because the weather allows him to enjoy rides on his motorcycle all year round. He jokes that even though he’s from Brazil he doesn’t play soccer, he prefers hiking, rock climbing and racing with his outrigger canoe club.
With experience working for Managed Service Providers and expertise in server infrastructure and networking support, Paulo was excited to join the Managed Solution team to learn a variety of systems and advance his career. We are all excited to have Paulo on the team, please join me in welcoming him!
