San Diego, CA, January 25, 2019. Susan Kuruvilla, the CEO of Managed Solution, and a strong supporter of women in technology, was a guest at the Women Moving Mountains Society panel. She discussed, together with Geneva Lake, Vice President of Worldwide Alliances, Darrah Johnson, CEO of Planned Parenthood Pacific Southwest, and Felicia Lyon, Founder of Women Moving Mountains, the defining steps in her career, how she found a way to be a leader in IT, and how the village helped her get to where she is today.
As the CEO of Managed Solution, Susan Kuruvilla, is running a successful IT Service business in the Southern California marketplace. Her piece of advice to everyone on their career path is: “Don’t be afraid to reconsider your path and just show up each day and focus on what needs to be done in that moment, in that day, and channel your energy on improving your skills and relationships at work.”
Susan also believes in networking, but in a slightly different way: “Too many people think networking is about grandstanding or an opportunity to sell their services. That doesn’t always work with people. It’s better to be natural and authentic in your intent to establish a friendship or professional relationship.”
As a relationship-driven organization, Managed Solution collaborates with you to customize the perfect mix of software, hardware, and IT services. We deliver a flexible technology solution that evolves and adapts to meet your needs and exceed your expectations at every stage of your business cycle.
The Women Moving Mountains movement seeks to create the time and the opportunity for smart and fearless women to congregate, collaborate, and accommodate each other in their shared pursuit of leadership positions throughout the world.
