Congratulations to Ben Ward, Applications Analyst, for being selected as Managed Solution’s August 2016 Player of the Month.
This award is given on a monthly basis to a Managed Solution employee who has done an amazing job of exemplifying and living up to the Managed Solution Core Values.
The Managed Solution leadership team selected Ben Ward as Player of the Month not only because he is the companies CRM guru, but because he's worked countless hours over the past few months to assist with customer projects on-site, is continuing his education by passing countless exams every month and still manages to find time to train and help employees, sometimes helping out afterhours.
Ben has worked at Managed Solution for over three years and has grown his career with the company, starting in the marketing department as a digital marketing  analyst to working with the Systems Integration team to develop custom solutions for businesses predominantly using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft SharePoint.  Ben is the company go-to CRM genius, and is often pulled from his daily workload to assist co-workers and leadership with the platform. He is referred to as “brilliant, patient and a great trainer,” getting shout-outs from co-workers and customers often!
Ben is eager to continue learning and growing in the field and shows his dedication by the numerous exams he passed in the past year, helping him obtain several certifications and take on great project loads, therefore leadership is excited to award his dedication and hard work with this month’s Player of the Month.

The Managed Solution leadership team selected Kent Saunders as Player of the Month not only because his colleagues refer to him as google because he knows all the answers, but because no matter what project he is pulled into at a moments notice he keeps a positive attitude and is the first person to offer assistance. Kent has been a key player at Managed Solution for over eight years now and troubleshoots with a calm demeanor and positive attitude. Kent's colleagues as well as customers would all agree that he is a pleasure to work with and a great asset to the Managed Solution team, therefore leadership is excited to award his dedication and hard work with this month’s Player of the Month.
This award is given on a monthly basis to a Managed Solution employee who has done an amazing job of exemplifying and living up to the Managed Solution Core Values.

Our values are important. They’re the foundation behind all we do. Congratulations to Andy Roudabush, Field Engineer, for being selected as Managed Solution’s April 2016 Player of the Month.

This award is given on a monthly basis to a Managed Solution employee who has done an amazing job of exemplifying and living up to the Managed Solution Core Values.

The Managed Solution leadership team selected Andy Roudabush as Player of the Month because he has swiftly responded to multiple outages and goes the extra mile to make sure the companies we serve are expertly taken care of and all systems are back up and functional. Andy began working at Managed Solution in January 2016 and has sustained a positive demeanor with our employees and customers. Andy provides plenty of details when requesting items for customers and takes the time to research the LOB applications thoroughly to give our team the information we need to be successful.

Andy is quick to help, very reliable and responsive. Andy goes above the call of duty routinely and does what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. Andy recently jumped in and worked all weekend to resolve a Kineticom outage although he was not on-call. Andy has established himself as a top field engineer in a short amount of time, therefore leadership is excited to award his dedication and hard work with this month’s Player of the Month.

The Managed Solution leadership team selected Danielle Hamra or the “Hammer” as she is affectionately referred to, as Player of the Month because she can always be counted on to keep on top of all details in marketing and more. Danielle is always available to help co-workers with last minute requests and goes above and beyond the job in training the sales team on marketing functionality in CRM to help them achieve their goals.
Danielle began her career at Managed Solution in 2014 as the lone wolf in the Marketing Department, which continues to flourish and expand. Danielle's work ethic is to be commended as she always gets the job done even when the load gets heavier. Danielle never lets Managed Solution down. Danielle reaches across departments to gather information and the entire Managed Solution team is incredibly fond of her, therefore leadership is excited to award her dedication and hard work with this month’s Player of the Month.
