Responsibilities:
As a Server Engineer, your mission will be to:
  • Deploy servers using tools such as desired state configuration, MDT, hyper-v, and WDS.
  • Act as the point of technical escalation for the Technical Support Center.
  • Sharpen your sales skills as you act as the presales consultant and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Work on SOW, RFQ and/or other types of proposals.

The Managed Solution leadership team selected Andy Roudabush as Player of the Month because he has swiftly responded to multiple outages and goes the extra mile to make sure the companies we serve are expertly taken care of and all systems are back up and functional. Andy began working at Managed Solution in January 2016 and has sustained a positive demeanor with our employees and customers. Andy provides plenty of details when requesting items for customers and takes the time to research the LOB applications thoroughly to give our team the information we need to be successful.

Andy is quick to help, very reliable and responsive. Andy goes above the call of duty routinely and does what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. Andy recently jumped in and worked all weekend to resolve a Kineticom outage although he was not on-call. Andy has established himself as a top field engineer in a short amount of time, therefore leadership is excited to award his dedication and hard work with this month’s Player of the Month.

Responsibilities:
This senior engineer will be responsible for day to day implementation, design, and support of System Center infrastructure at various client sites. He or she will design and deploy solutions that are right-fitted to the clients needs. The selected candidate should be able to provide additional support in a variety of areas, such as: administration, disaster recovery, network design, and/or project implementations.

Liliana Ciurlino joins Managed Solution as a Marketing & Engagement Coordinator. She worked the last several years as a Regional Marketing Manager with H&R Block in the areas of new client growth strategy, execution and partnership development. She has trained hundreds of professionals on how to build their book of business in field marketing. Prior to her work in direct mail and TV advertising within the Financial Industry, she founded a 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit Organization, contACT ARTS, which produces the San Diego International Fringe Festival. In 2015, she created the World’s First Bi-National Fringe Festival (MEX/USA) and Emerging Fringe; a San Diego Regional Performance Competition for grades 6-12 to present their original work.    
Liliana is a native of San Diego and has had the opportunity to live in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sonoma, Miami, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a Marketing Concentration and is pursuing her MBA from Missouri State University. Liliana serves on the Latino Committee with the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce, California College Program Advisory Board and volunteers with the Girl Scouts.
Liliana enjoys playing guitar & piano, yoga, running and hiking. In Old San Juan, she studied black and white analog photography and would like to build herself a dark room. Her favorite movie is Rocky and one of her favorite quotes is by Henry David Thoreau, "It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see".
