What’s Included

Continuous 24/7 network monitoring and incident management are provided using the LogicMonitor enterprise monitoring platform to support high availability, performance, security posture, and resiliency across network infrastructure.

  • Services include proactive monitoring, alerting, triage, incident response, and support to help identify and address potential issues affecting business critical systems, network performance, and availability.
  • The monitoring system generates real time alerts when predefined thresholds are exceeded or when network performance issues and failures occur, such as high bandwidth utilization, link outages, critical device errors, or environmental alerts.
  • Critical events, such as major network outages or security related network alerts, are escalated to designated contacts in accordance with agreed escalation procedures.
  • Event correlation and triage, automatic ticket creation, and tiered escalation and remediation support are provided for network related alerts, including investigation of root causes such as device failure, circuit outage, configuration error, or unusual traffic patterns, along with remote mitigation or resolution where possible.
  • Where onsite action is required, notification is provided and appropriate onsite support may be coordinated through applicable onsite support arrangements or as otherwise agreed. Additional fees may apply.
  • Scheduled network performance and health reports are provided, typically on a quarterly basis or as otherwise agreed.
  • Reports may include key metrics and trends such as network uptime, latency and throughput statistics, bandwidth utilization by site or circuit, error rates, and observed capacity or performance issues.
  • Reports may also include analysis and recommendations for network optimization or upgrades where metrics indicate capacity constraints or recurring performance bottlenecks.
  • Capacity planning and network optimization support are provided through analysis of historical data and identification of persistent performance issues, along with actionable recommendations such as configuration changes, additional bandwidth, or hardware upgrades.
  • Role based access with multi factor authentication, configuration backups and audit trails, and encryption for monitoring data in transit and at rest are maintained.
