Gain Your Independence from Limited Collaboration

Gain Your Independence from Limited Collaboration

By Kelly Cronin
It's the Fourth of July, and everyone is out celebrating the Independence Day of the United States of America!  There's cookouts, beach days, fireworks, and plenty of red, white, and blue to be found.  It's also the perfect day to make your own Independence Day by finally breaking away from limited collaboration tools and inefficient apps. The good news is Office 365 can be the revolution you need.  Watch out Paul Revere, Office 365 is coming!
Managed Solution provides Office 365 migration to cover all of your office needs. With each Office 365 app, collaboration is made easy:
  • Outlook
    • Easily share your calendar with co-workers, friends, or family on Outlook.  If you have a lot of appointments, Outlook can send you reminders, as well as anyone else who is following your calendar. You can easily access other people's calendars so you never have to remind someone of that 4pm weekly meeting again.
  • OneNote
    • Create, edit, and share your notes easily with OneNote.  All notebooks can be collaborative, so multiple people can edit the same pages at the same time, while showing each other's edits in real time.  Also add documents, spreadsheets, tables, and images by dragging them into the notebook, so everyone can access the documents they need.
  • OneDrive
    • Sharing files has never been easier.  Forget emailing individual pictures, with OneDrive, you can choose who can access what folders, so everyone can add, delete, and access the files you want them to.  With OneDrive, there's no excuse for why you can't collaborate with the same tools needed for each project.  This can be especially useful for remote employees, who don't have the luxury of running into a co-workers office to ask for a spreadsheet to be sent.
  • Skype for Business
    • Work from home? No problem.  Skype for Business makes collaboration and training easier when you can't get the face to face time you need.  You can message, call, and video call anyone in your office's directory.  New around here? No problem.  With Skype for Business, anyone you call can share their desktop with you, so you can see step-by-step how to do a project with ease.
With Office 365, collaboration comes easy.  Co-authoring, sharing files, and editing workbooks is no problem when you use top of the line apps and tools for the workplace.  To learn more about the benefits of Office 365, check out Managed Solution's Office 365 Migration to get started.

Happy Fourth of July!
