Ray was SUPER friendly and helpful. I got a call within minutes of sending a request to our helpdesk! He cleared up my issue, taught me some helpful tricks to save space on my laptop, and made sure I was good to go before hanging up.

Managed Solution is the best! They are reliable, dependable, and highly efficient. Thomas always jumps in quick to resolve systems issues and never failed to respond on time. The help desk team takes up calls early morning which is a big plus! We don't have to wait for regular office hours opening of 8:00am. Their IT operations is the best!
