Outside of the excitement of business & technology innovation, he enjoys travelling, spending time with his family and fishing.
Jennell Mott - Chief Operations Officer
As one of Managed Solution’s first employees in 2004, Jennell has had a huge impact in shaping and growing Managed Solution into what it is today. Throughout her career at Managed Solution, she has worn many hats and has subsequentially developed an expertise in Microsoft technology. Her dedication to both her colleagues and customers is unmatched, and is a testament to Managed Solution’s success. To relax, she enjoys hiking, beaching it up, crafting, solving puzzles and spending time with her Frenchie.
Alecia Wilson - Vice President of Strategy and Programs
Alecia is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Microsoft CIE Certified. She leverages her attention to detail and communication skills to achieve success and enhance customer satisfaction. With over 10 years in IT consulting and project management, and as director of the PMO, she leads her team to meet the needs and goals of every project. In her free time, Alecia enjoys yoga, photography, going to the beach, hiking, and spending time with her children, family, and very cute dogs.
Tina Rountree - Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Tina is a lifelong learner and expert at multi-tasking between work and being a mom of four. She empowers success for our clients and team with over 15 years of experience, exceptional leadership, and a deep understanding of how the right technology can transform the growth of an organization. Outside of driving digital transformation and growth, she enjoys spending time with her family and beloved pets, as well as exploring local eclectic shops & restaurants with her husband.
Amanda Hawthorne - Director of People & Culture
Amanda puts the human back in human resources. From recruitment to retention, she is fully committed to exceptional employee experiences. Since 2015, Amanda has helped Managed Solution exceed employee expectations with creative culture activities, meaningful benefits programs, and performance development initiatives. When her out of office memo is turned on, you can find Amanda traveling, exploring San Diego’s craft brewery scene, or sitting by a pool with a good book.
Richard Swaisgood - Director of Cloud Productivity & Automation
Richard has been with Managed Solution since 2007 and has played many integral roles within our organization. With over 12 Microsoft Certifications and a breadth of tech-knowledge, he easily turns a client’s pain, or vision, into a cost-effective and secure solution. Outside of delivering innovative technology solutions, he enjoys taking hikes with his wife & their miniature dachshund, and relaxing at home watching TV & movies.
Tony Pecor - vCIO
Tony has been a critical part of our customers’ success. He helps clients turn IT from a perceived necessary evil to a benefit and ROI-generating productivity tool. Tony is an Azure Certified Administrator, MCSA- Windows Server Certified, Citrix Certified Professional, and he keeps adding more to his trophy case. When Tony’s not helping customers make better investments in IT, he likes to stay active by playing softball, hiking, and camping.
