Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, the Identity and Access Engineer (Active Directory) will design and execute client projects related to Microsoft Active Directory (migrations, transitions, support, maintenance, and implementation). As a highly valued member of the engineer team, you'll consult with clients to identify business requirements and project goals; create a comprehensive Statement of Work (SOW); and deploy projects as assigned.
•SME-Level proficiency in Active Directory
•Additional experience preferred in some of the following: Forefront Identity Manager, Identity Lifecycle Manager, Azure Active Directory, Oracle Identity Managment, Dell/Quest Identity Manager and Microsoft Identity Manager.
•Generalist server experience (2012 R2, 2012, 2008 R2, 2003, 2000, NT)
•Significant experience (7+ years) in a hands-on technical role; experience designing and implementing solutions (2+ years); or equivalent combination of education + experience
•MCSE (2012) or MCITP preferred
•Understanding of the benefits and drawbacks of various technology solutions and be able to make clearly articulated, tailored recommendations to clients
•Consultative, relationship-building approach to work
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills
•Adaptability and agility: we work on a range of projects with a diverse client base in a variety of corporate environments
•Passion for technology and demonstrated dedication to continued education
•Demonstrated project experience: gathering requirements, writing a project plan with timelines/deliverables
•Strong attention to detail
