What’s Included

Gold ConnectWise Remote Monitoring and Management RMM agents will be installed on supported workstations to enable 24/7 workstation monitoring, intelligent alerting, issue detection, proactive maintenance, remediation, remote management, patch management, performance tracking, performance optimization, and priority support across supported devices, not to exceed the number specified in the Monthly Recurring Charges section of the Service Fees.

  • HP Smart Array issues
  • Logical drive critical status
NOC Managed Desktops
  • Standard desktop management and monitoring
Patch Management (Windows/Mac)
  • Desktop patch issues
  • Patch assessment failures
  • System reboot notifications
Performance Metrics
  • I/O operations at logical block
