SAN DIEGO, CA – Connected Women of Influence's mission is "to build a strong, professional community that fosters growth, support and collaboration through the development of high-performing professional relationships, alliances, and collaborative partnerships among women leading people, projects, teams and companies."  Each year, the group hosts a "Women of Influence" Award Ceremony where they recognize inspirational women and allies of women.

Managed Solution was a finalist for the Champion of Women, Jennell Mott, COO was a nominee for the Gamechanger Award, and Tina Rountree, Director of Sales brought home the Women's Advocate of the Year Award. The Women's Advocate of the Year Award "recognizes a woman who has shown by deed, actions and accomplishment the advocacy of other businesswomen, or a woman with a track record of success and accomplishments by mentoring other women in their profession, industry or enterprise." Tina, who works in a male-dominated industry, works alongside a leadership team that is comprised of 83% women while also leading a sales team that is entirely made up of women.
