The San Diego Business Journal's 150 Fastest Growing list ranks private companies based in San Diego according to revenue growth between 2013 and 2015.

June 6, 2016 - Managed Solution announced today that the San Diego Business Journal has named Managed Solution to its list of 150 Fastest Growing Private Companies.  The list recognizes San Diego's most rapidly growing private companies based on their percent of verified revenue growth between 2013 and 2015.

To qualify for the list, businesses must be San Diego-based, independent and privately held.  In addition, companies must be in business the full year of 2015, and they must have generated revenues greater than $350,00 for the year.

The Managed Solution leadership team selected Kent Saunders as Player of the Month not only because his colleagues refer to him as google because he knows all the answers, but because no matter what project he is pulled into at a moments notice he keeps a positive attitude and is the first person to offer assistance. Kent has been a key player at Managed Solution for over eight years now and troubleshoots with a calm demeanor and positive attitude. Kent's colleagues as well as customers would all agree that he is a pleasure to work with and a great asset to the Managed Solution team, therefore leadership is excited to award his dedication and hard work with this month’s Player of the Month.

This award is given on a monthly basis to a Managed Solution employee who has done an amazing job of exemplifying and living up to the Managed Solution Core Values.

The Managed Solution leadership team selected Andy Roudabush as Player of the Month because he has swiftly responded to multiple outages and goes the extra mile to make sure the companies we serve are expertly taken care of and all systems are back up and functional. Andy began working at Managed Solution in January 2016 and has sustained a positive demeanor with our employees and customers. Andy provides plenty of details when requesting items for customers and takes the time to research the LOB applications thoroughly to give our team the information we need to be successful.

Andy is quick to help, very reliable and responsive. Andy goes above the call of duty routinely and does what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. Andy recently jumped in and worked all weekend to resolve a Kineticom outage although he was not on-call. Andy has established himself as a top field engineer in a short amount of time, therefore leadership is excited to award his dedication and hard work with this month’s Player of the Month.

Jamie Gasior joined the Managed Solution team as a Business Development Manager (Arizona) on Monday, April 11, 2016. Jamie has over twenty years of sales experience in the technology industry with the past 10 years focused on cloud and/or managed services.
Jamie was born in Michigan and lived in several states throughout his childhood (6 total!) He moved to Tucson, AZ for college in 1992 and has lived there ever since. In 1997 he met his wife Erin, who is also from Michigan, at a laundromat near the University of Arizona campus. They have been married for 16 years and have 4 awesome kids (Emma, Abby, Jack and Luke) and Wrigley, a golden doodle.
Before Jamie decided to grow up and get a real job, he was dedicated to chasing his dream of playing golf professionally until he realized his potential or lack thereof – but he still enjoys playing for fun! Jamie also loves coaching his football team which has his boys Jack and Luke playing on together. He is excited to join the Managed Solution team and we are happy to have him on board!

The Managed Solution leadership team selected Tina Rountree as Player of the Month because she not only exceeded her sales goal for the year, but she continues to enhance her knowledge of technology with certification courses, conferences and seminars while also inspiring her colleagues and other women in the field. Tina recently became the President of the San Diego Community of Women in Technology (WIT), whose mission is to connect creative, innovative and hardworking women for the purpose of providing mutual support in achieving professional and personal goals. On December 10, 2015 Tina organized two great events highlighting women leaders who are working in technology. Hoover Academy of Information Technology students who are interested in pursuing careers in technology enjoyed an afternoon event featuring a movie screening of Big Dream, Q&A with a panel of women leaders and some fun games. The Future of Tech: See how Women in Tech are Inspiring Great Minds held at the Microsoft Stores in San Diego, CA and Scottsdale, AZ were both special evenings for women leaders who are passionate about changing the ratio of women in tech. Several guests brought their daughters and together guests shared their knowledge and resources to help young women understand and expand their potential as future leaders in technology – from the classroom to the boardroom.
Tina's passion for technology is inspiring to her colleagues, young women, as well as leaders in technology, therefore leadership is excited to award her dedication and hard work with this month's Player of the Month.
