We then schedule a dedicated on-site Field Engineer based on your timing and needs, whether it’s a few hours a week or a few hours a month. These Engineers have expertise that span a wide variety of technologies and are eager to learn more about your IT infrastructure and act as your IT advisor for whatever you need.

In the unlikely event that the Field Engineer doesn’t have the skill set to perform one of your requests, you have access to the rest of our team at no additional cost.
